We are very satisfied with our real estate agent. He helped us both in advising on an offer for the apartment we wanted to buy and in setting a selling price for our own house. We could turn to him with all our questions, because buying and selling a house is not exactly our daily routine; let's just say that the amount of forms sometimes drove me almost to despair. The staff member at the office also helped me very well and was a great source of information for me. I can therefore heartily recommend Benno Houtman from Real Estate Agency Houtman and the Bird!
