This real estate agent does not honor scheduled viewings. We were on time and at the agreed date in front of the property to be sold, but unfortunately, the agent was nowhere to be found. After requesting confirmation via email following our initial phone call to make the appointment, I was told that it is not usual practice for this real estate office to send confirmations. Now they claim that the appointment was scheduled for a different date. If the appointment had been confirmed, this possible miscommunication could have been prevented!
