We are expats from Russia and for a year we were looking for a house to buy. During this time, we learned some of the real estate market's peculiarities in the Netherlands. Quite often we encountered brokers who did their job poorly, read newspapers during viewings, reluctantly answered questions, didn't call back, canceled meetings without warning. We were happy to meet Houtman & de Vogel Makelaars because it is a great team of true professionals! Although this was a seller's broker, meaning we paid nothing for the services, we received an enormous amount of useful advice and help, could ask any question and got all necessary explanations! Meetings were scheduled at our convenience and the brokers always welcomed us warmly in their cozy office! Even our 8-month-old baby received a lot of attention!) The deal went smoothly without problems! Everything was great! In addition to this, we received a nice gift and welcome cards! This was very pleasant!
