I invited 3 real estate agents for the valuation and sale of my house. The first two showed me how they would bring it to market, with lots of technical details etc. But then came Evelien as last, my wife was sitting in the garden, it was nice weather. She was the only one who came friendly to sit on the lounge couch, introduced herself and had a pleasant personal chat before she looked at the house. We immediately had a good connection, you can feel that. So it was clear we would go with this real estate agent. But in this market it is quite difficult for us to find an apartment. But Karel found a beautiful apartment for us and we bought it and we are very happy with it, thank you Karel for doing well. These real estate agents understand what a customer wants and they are personally involved with us. All questions were quickly answered, good communication. This is a real estate agent + who does more than just sell your house. Also through Evelien we found a good financial advisor, thanks Eveline, this nice man arranged everything neatly for us, we were very happy with it. The sale of my home went great, that Eveline did well and fast. Eveline you are a star, we find it nice to get to know you like this, we will not forget our last talk with you. You are a beautiful person and I don't just mean the outside. Sometimes everything fits and that is the case for us with this real estate agent, that's great and gives peace in this hectic housing market. So 4 times a big 10 for you guys.
