Contact, especially by phone, went well, except for one point. After the highest bidder stopped communicating, I contacted the realtor myself to ask about the status instead of waiting for the realtor to update me. He did pass on the message immediately and we ended up concluding the deal with another party. Otherwise, I am very satisfied.

Het contact met de makelaar ging prettig en gemoedelijk. Eerst wilde ik informatie over het eventuele verkopen van mijn huis. Na een gesprek met de makelaar was ik overstag en besloot het huis te gaan verkopen en ging ondertussen zoeken naar een huurflat. Deze kreeg ik aangeboden en de verkoop kon opgestart worden. De fotograaf van Funda kwam en de foto's werden geplaatst. Daarna kwamen de kijkers. Ik werd op tijd op de hoogte gebracht wanneer er bezichtigingen waren en of er geïnteresseerden waren. In 3 weken was het huis verkocht. Van de makelaar kreeg ik een verhuisbus te leen waar we dankbaar gebruik gemaakt hebben. Ik kan deze makelaar en zijn team aanbevelen.
