From the first meeting, I was very pleased with Houtman and Vogel. After two other real estate agents, it was a relief to meet someone who had a no-nonsense approach. She does what I expect from an agent and already knew after one walk-through where she could position him in the market. This real estate agent (Karel) is selling our home for the third time. Every time within a month. All this for a low, fixed commission, so no surprises later on. Probably due to our age, this will be the last time, but if necessary I will work with this real estate agent again.
