No-nonsense real estate agent. Small real estate firm, therefore short lines and a personal approach. They are always reachable and took care of me during the sales process. I bought the property from Houtman and de Vogel some time ago and now I have sold it again. Back then, I received very pleasant and honest advice, and a few months before deciding to sell this time around, I visited them and once more received sincere and honest advice regarding the current housing market and tightness, as well as first gathering information for another property. It's important to thoroughly investigate these matters before putting your home on the market. As an extra service for sellers, you can use their moving van. Additionally, they act quickly. I know enough about real estate agencies. For this real estate agent, I would put my hand in the fire. They are not out for personal gain but provide honest and reliable advice. I recommend this real estate agency to everyone. Hail!

Houtman & De Vogel. I held them in high regard as an agency, but they have truly failed spectacularly. Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic little house for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email response stating it was an April Fool's prank. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is really a pointless and harmful joke. In my opinion, the employees did not think this through before doing it. Giving people hope in this way, I find very bad. I secretly hope that this will cost them customers. Very, very poor Houtman & De Vogel.
