The only minor drawback I can think of is that it sometimes felt like everything had to happen quickly. Keeping your jacket on during the valuation, calling with a question and being told if it could fit in between quickly. Incorrect information on Funda (photos and information), pity. Perhaps this also lies in the madness of the housing market. Despite that, it should obviously not make a difference. The contact with the real estate agent went smoothly, the right price was determined, quick handling. Otherwise very friendly..
