It is a no-nonsense broker without fancy photos and an expensive office. Honest and reasonable. Sometimes he forgets to call back, but that's because he's so busy. You get the feeling that he really works for you. He charges only the broker's fee, no extra costs.

Houtman and the Bird gives as an agent a fair and achievable advice. No beautiful stories that they cannot make true. They know exactly how the market is, they can't give you a guarantee about the sale, and that's logical. But they do provide an indication, and they guide you excellently when the sale stalls. They are very active when someone wants to view a property, even at times when the office is technically closed. If you want an agent with drive, then Houtman and the Vogel are right for you
