From the first contact, it felt good. The real estate agent came from Boskoop and therefore knew well how to convey the character of the village. He came with solutions if the house could not be sold in the short term, for example by advertising in newspapers targeting other groups. To our surprise, the house was already sold within 7 weeks.

I had to do everything myself; hanging up signs, etc. A reference at the beginning of the road to other apartments for sale but not for mine. Received a request for price reduction because no viewers are coming by. This was refused and the next day I got a call: there is a viewer!
