Houtman and Vogel with their team, I find to be lovely simple ordinary people/agents, they are knowledgeable about the matter and have a clear answer to questions. They do not pretend to be someone they are not. For a second time, I would choose them again.

Commercial people who give you the impression they are going to sell your house. So far, everything is fine. As soon as you appear in the newspaper for the Open House route, you suddenly live in a maisonette with combined rooms and extensive built-in appliances. Well, I have a refrigerator!!! Speechless, they were. The next advertisement would be worth paying for. Guess three times!! Invoice on the doormat. In another ad, I also lived on the first floor (instead of third). Eventually, you mention that it's wrong on Funda as well, but it is not corrected or checked and you have to go there specially. To get your house listed with them for sale, you almost have to do everything yourself. They don't give advice either. I had to get that from another real estate agent. Appointments they don’t keep and in the end, you still have to pay for all the trouble and receive a normal invoice, while it was stated that we would come out of it (twice). The invoice was already made and shortly after they told the notary that this had yet to be done. Ultimately, you must sell at a much lower price and during the transfer, you have to tell the real estate agent how the settlement should go. Totally unprepared or perhaps lacking knowledge. I don’t know what their reason is for not being an NVM (Dutch Association of Realtors) member, but given the experiences, they can't even become one. Paying to endure misery. Advice… well, it's self-evident.

Goede makelaar, duidelijk taal en no cure no pay waren voor ons de redenen om met deze makelaar in zee te gaan. In onze straat hadden ze al 2x eerder binnen 3 maanden een huis verkocht en ook bij ons huis is dit gelukt:-)

Was een erg fijne samenwerking en zal dit zeker verder vertellen.Net het overstappen naar deze makelaar had ik weer hoop om ons huis te verkopen. En dat is gelukt.

Mijn ervaring is zeer positief. De medewerkers op kantoor zijn zeer beleefd en hebben dossier kennis. De makelaar komt op tijd op zijn afspraken( in tegenstelling tot de vooroordelen over makelaars). Hij maakte een duidelijk plan van aanpak, maakte mooie foto`s en een goede en bondige omschrijving over het huis en de omgeving voor funda.nl en de brochure. Hij had veel know-how over de buurt en heeft de verkoop in goede banen geleidt. Houtman en de Vogel kan ik aan iedereen aanbevelen en zal in de toekomst bij aan of verkoop weer mijn makelaar zijn.
