A customer likes to be kept informed quickly about developments regarding a viewing or after an open day. We found that this took too long. You have to call yourself a lot and be proactive to achieve the desired result. But I think that applies to all estate agents.

Very fine cooperation, we clicked right away during the introductory meeting. An agent who really understands. Not pushy but thinking about how he would like things himself, both as a buyer and seller. Even a mattress that we couldn't take with us anymore, he threw out for us quickly. I have sold many houses, but in this case, I immediately had the feeling that everything was going well. I didn't need to worry about anything, which is unusual for me.
