Houtman & De Vogel. Ik had ze hoog staan als makelaar maar ze hebben de plank echt volledig misgeslagen. Een 1 april grap maken door een karakteristiek pandje ter verkoop aan te bieden in Boskoop. Geïnteresseerde kregen per mail terug gekoppeld dat het een 1 april grap betrof. Wetende hoe gespannen de huizenmarkt is, vooral onder de jeugd, is dit een werkelijk kansloze grap. De medewerkers hebben het in mijn optiek niet goed overdacht alvorens dit te doen. Mensen hoop geven in deze vorm vind ik zeer slecht. Ik hoop eigenlijk stiekem een beetje dat ze dit klanten gaat kosten. Heel heel slecht Houtman @ De Vogel.

Back then, I received very pleasant and honest advice, and a few months before deciding to sell this time around, I visited them and once more received sincere and honest advice regarding the current housing market and tightness, as well as first gathering information for another property. It's important to thoroughly investigate these matters before putting your home on the market. As an extra service for sellers, you can use their moving van. Additionally, they act quickly. I know enough about real estate agencies. For this real estate agent, I would put my hand in the fire. They are not out for personal gain but provide honest and reliable advice.
