I invited 3 real estate agents for the valuation and sale of my house. The first two showed me how they would bring it to market, with lots of technical details etc. But then came Evelien as last, my wife was sitting in the garden, it was nice weather. She was the only one who came friendly to sit on the lounge couch, introduced herself and had a pleasant personal chat before she looked at the house. We immediately had a good connection, you can feel that. So it was clear we would go with this real estate agent. But in this market it is quite difficult for us to find an apartment. But Karel found a beautiful apartment for us and we bought it and we are very happy with it, thank you Karel for doing well. These real estate agents understand what a customer wants and they are personally involved with us. All questions were quickly answered, good communication. This is a real estate agent + who does more than just sell your house. Also through Evelien we found a good financial advisor, thanks Eveline, this nice man arranged everything neatly for us, we were very happy with it. The sale of my home went great, that Eveline did well and fast. Eveline you are a star, we find it nice to get to know you like this, we will not forget our last talk with you. You are a beautiful person and I don't just mean the outside. Sometimes everything fits and that is the case for us with this real estate agent, that's great and gives peace in this hectic housing market. So 4 times a big 10 for you guys. We went to buy our first house and had no idea what was in store for us. Eventually, through a friend, we got the tip to engage Eveline as a buyer's agent. This turned out to be excellent advice. We could ask Eveline anything and she clearly had a lot of knowledge. Showings were always pleasant and she was always reachable even late at night. In the end, we found our little house and thanks to Eveline successfully purchased it at a good price. If you're looking for a professional, friendly, efficient, and reliable real estate agent, I would recommend choosing Eveline! :)

Knowledge of the local market, advice around pricing and the speed of execution and sales are things we are very satisfied with. However, according to us, Houtman and de Vogel have repeatedly dropped the ball in communication. Even after this was stated (and discussed), things happened again that we were informed about. We had different expectations. For this reason, despite their good knowledge of the local market, we would not choose Houtman and de Vogel again.

It went quickly; suddenly this apartment came up for sale and I chose this real estate agent, who handled everything swiftly and well. The viewings were also well organized. Sometimes I missed some follow-up on appointments via email or WhatsApp, but these points were compensated for elsewhere. There was good consideration and organization. So overall a good experience when selling the apartment.
