We were recommended Joost by a very satisfied neighbor, and he has also helped us fantastically. The personal approach of Joost works very pleasantly. He is always reachable and thinks along with you. Thanks to his sharp view of the market, he knows exactly how the house should be positioned and what the sales strategy will be. Also great is that he handles the negotiations. In addition, he also has a professional team with a stylist and a photographer who ensure that the house looks perfectly cared for and presented. All this for a competitive all-inclusive fee. Ultimately, we sold our house within 2 weeks at a nice price. We can wholeheartedly recommend Joost!
