Buying a house is an incredibly messy and chaotic phase of your life that comes with a huge amount of stress. The minute we involved Joost in our purchase he was an oasis of calm and structure. His guidance in the final steps of the process was invaluable, for example when Joost did a close reading of the many (legal) documents you are expected to read. Having him there gave us the space not to worry about it so much and actually enjoy the moment of buying a house! In hindsight I wish I had involved J-OOST from the start!
