Joost is very friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to help me purchase my very first home. What I especially appreciate about him is that he puts your satisfaction with your home ahead. In the beginning, I was a bit impatient and wanted to compromise somewhat on my requirements to get a house. Joost actually advised me to go to more viewings and slow down to find a place I’d be happy with. This meant a lot to me because he looked for options and accompanied me to all viewings. So practically, he offered to do more work and spend more time on me so that I would have a dream house. Aside from that, Joost was always there supporting me throughout the entire process, making this daunting journey a lot easier. Without any reservation, I would definitely recommend his service. I actually recommended him to my close friend, who also successfully bought a house with his help. 5 stars.
