It isn't easy to find a real estate agent as good as Joost. After starting the search on my own and contacting other agents years ago, I know how difficult it can be to navigate the process of buying a home. But Joost made everything so easy that I'm still in shock. He was ahead of all our deadlines, I got my keys months before what I realistically expected, found my dream place - great location, size, and price - all within record-breaking timing. I really couldn't ask for more... but I did get even more. When I had paperwork issues, Joost helped me solve them, dealing with problems that I wouldn't have been able to handle on my own. Others told me their agents didn't help with such things. So, if you want the best options in finding a place you'll love, go for Joost and be willing to wait if there's a waiting list.
