Een huis kopen is een ontzettend chaotische en rommelige fase in je leven waar een hoop stress bij gepaard gaat. Vanaf het moment dat we Joost bij onze aankoop hebben betrokken was hij een oase van rust en structuur. Zijn begeleiding bij de laatste stappen van het process waren ontzettend waardevol, bijvoorbeeld met het doorlezen van de vele (juridische) documenten die je moet doorlezen. Joost erbij hebben gaf ons de ruimte om ons minder te daarmee bezig te houden en juist het moment van een huis kopen ook echt te vieren! Achteraf gezien had ik J-OOST er meteen bij moeten betrekken! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Buying a house is an incredibly messy and chaotic phase of your life that comes with a huge amount of stress. the minute we involved Joost in our purchase he was an unending source of organization and tranquility. His guidance in the final steps of the process was of incredible value, for example when Joost did a close reading of the many (legal) documents you are expected to read. This freed us from having to worry about all this and gave us the headspace to enjoy the moment of achievement that comes with buying a house! My only regret is that I didn't involve J-OOST from the start!

Was also very reachable and willing to answer all questions as thoroughly as possible. Even when something did not go smoothly on the buyer's side, he showed his true value. We hadden onlangs het genoegen om met de hulp van Joost een huis in Amsterdam te kopen en we kunnen zijn diensten van harte aanbevelen. Een van de belangrijkste aspecten die we bijzonder goed vonden, was Joosts communicatieve vaardigheid. Vanaf dag één legde hij het proces altijd duidelijk aan ons uit en wist hij onze verwachtingen uitstekend te managen. Hierdoor voelden we ons nooit verloren of onzeker. Zijn proactieve communicatie hield ons goed op de hoogte en maakte het aankoopproces een stuk minder stressvol. Bovendien was Joost ongelooflijk flexibel en hield hij rekening met onze werktijden. Omdat we allebei een 9-tot-5-baan hebben, waardeerden we het enorm dat hij bereid was om buiten de normale kantooruren telefoongesprekken en online vergaderingen in te plannen. Het hele proces verliep vlekkeloos, dankzij Joost. We hebben geen problemen ondervonden en waren zeer tevreden over hoe hij het biedingsproces begeleidde. Hij heeft ons waarschijnlijk veel geld bespaard door precies te weten wat het juiste bod was. Kortom, onze ervaring met Joost was ronduit fantastisch. Zijn uitzonderlijke communicatieve vaardigheden, bereidheid om rekening te houden met onze planning en vlekkeloze uitvoering maakten het kopen van ons huis een prettige en stressvrije ervaring. Joost has a personal approach, thinks along well, but is also critical and has a realistic strategy.
