Communication from both real estate agents is very difficult. There was an agreement between the seller and buyer, making the property unfortunately no longer available. Half a month later, it turns out that viewings were still planned and the balance had to be recalculated again. No information about this was received despite clearly expressing interest in the property. When asked for a brochure and documents of the property via email, they promised to send them but never did. Interest in another property was shown, but it was indicated that the documents and permits were not yet in order and one would have to wait a bit longer. 'Just keep an eye on the site' and with that, it's simply dismissed... Looks good and fun on social media, but communication is very difficult… You will offer your house through this real estate agent and potential buyers won't be heard. Good luck with the sale then!
