Contact with our real estate agent was very nice and understanding. My parents are quite elderly, and she took this into account a great deal. She responded appropriately. Unfortunately, it didn't work out with the first buyer, but soon after things were handled well further on. I do think you could have avoided this by letting both buyers see the property and decide. This was decided at the last moment, so for us it came as a surprise that the sale did not go through. Overall, the sale went very well and quickly.

Super nice then that we as an office were allowed to accompany and we did this in the most personal and attentive way possible, it's great that this came across. It was the second house sold through Heykens real estate agency. After the first experience, we didn't have to think long and engaged Rick and his team. This time, Romy guided the process. Romy (like the rest of the team) is involved. Communication is good and fast via WhatsApp and Move. We were kept informed about the developments/process of selling the property. The real estate agent takes that extra step by promoting the house through social media, which led to a quick sale. We appreciated Rick's open, honest, and direct communication.
