The real estate agent communicates poorly. Behind the desk in the office sits a young lady who has no eye for customers, but is deeply hidden behind a mobile phone. Advice is to ensure a good back office so that the agent can have more free hands to really make good contact with both selling and buying parties. The agent can also indicate that there is always a point of contact at the office who knows everything about the file. This ensures that the agent has time for viewings. Key handover was done through the letterbox instead of personal contact, even though buyer and seller were present at that moment. I had chosen this real estate agent precisely because the other parties also have quick chats. Unfortunately, there is no improvement. Sincerely hope that the real estate agent sees this as positive critical feedback.

"As an agent, I conduct all viewings and know all the details of the file. We have communicated a lot through the app, for me this is good feedback that this is not always sufficient. We offer internships; you should not expect file knowledge from this young lady, and her internship has now ended anyway. As agreed, I threw the key in your mailbox, at the time you had guests and I did not want to disturb you."
