It was my first experience with this real estate agent, and from start to finish it was a very pleasant collaboration. During the introductory meeting, expectations and working methods were discussed, and these have all been carried out as agreed. It is an agent who takes away your worries, and keeps you regularly informed via the app or by phone about viewings but also when, for example, a form has been sent for signature. This keeps things moving! Overall, a very pleasant experience with a beautiful result for my home.

Regular contact was maintained. Relevant information and progress regarding the sale of the house were shared immediately with the client, so we were always up to date on the situation. In the case of EMPE real estate agents, a WhatsApp chat was created with the client(s) for more direct and also faster communication. This was optional, but I found it to be more personal and customer-friendly in my opinion. 90% of the times that I called the real estate agent, I got to speak with them directly instead of a call center operator, which was nice. And even when a callback note was left, we were quickly called back by the real estate agent again. Very customer-friendly!
