The handover of our first little house together took a completely different turn after a number of points were raised during the handover. Mike (owner's colleague) was so against this that he got my wife to cry. In addition, MB Makelaars is extremely suitable for the seller, read reviews - hence a star for the effort. Unfortunately as a buyer you mean nothing at all, they later even found a lost bottle of wine during the handover (we thought it was a present). In addition, we had to go through an entire process due to a hidden defect in our roof, which has left us quite in debt. We therefore thank Martijn and Mike for this lasting negative memory, we will indeed never forget this!
