The contact proceeded smoothly, both by phone and email there was regular and clear communication. My expectation was that due consideration would be given to my wishes regarding the minimum price at which I wanted to sell my house, and this has been successful to my satisfaction. Also, the period during which my house was on the market was reasonably short. Overall, very satisfied.

Martijn and Mike have helped us excellently in selling our house. They listened to our preferences and gave good tips that were helpful in the sale of our home. The photos and floor plans made were good and professional. The strategy to put the house on the market was also excellent. They also freed up a lot of extra time for all the viewings we had at our house, which was very nice. In their dealings, Mike and Martijn are professional. Ik vond een mooi huis in een leuke buurt bij MB Makelaars via Funda. Ik nam contact op met de makelaar voor een bezichtiging, maar was op dat moment op vakantie. Dat ging dus helaas niet. Het huis zou tegen de tijd dat ik terug was wel verkocht zijn volgens de makelaar (ca. 1.5 week later). Toen ik thuis was, zag ik dat het huis nog te koop stond. Gelukkig zijn ze zaterdag bereikbaar en neemt er altijd iemand snel op. Ik wilde vooral weten of het nog mogelijk was een bezichtiging te plannen en een bod te doen. Ik zou snel worden teruggebeld. Echter gebeurde dit niet, dus belde ik opnieuw. Nu zou ik over 2 dagen 's ochtends worden teruggebeld. Dit gebeurde wederom niet. Nadat ik zelf contact opnam, was blijkbaar de deadline om een bod te doen met 1 uur verstreken. Na mijn ongenoegen hierover te hebben geuit werd me verteld dat een bod toch niet serieus zou worden genomen zonder eerst een bezichtiging te hebben gepland. Oftewel, als je in het buitenland bent of een drukke baan hebt, kun je maar beter in een huurhuis blijven wonen. Aangezien mevrouw waarschijnlijk de commissie toch al binnen had, vond ze het nodig om iemand die interesse heeft zo onvriendelijk en onprofessioneel te woord te staan. Uiteindelijk heeft de eigenaar van MK makelaars mij netjes gebeld en gemaild en zijn excuses gemaakt voor de situatie. Zowel ik als mijn vriendin stelden dit zeer op prijs en hiermee is de situatie ook uitgesproken. We waren met name teleurgesteld in het handelen van de desbetreffende collega. Hopelijk was dit eenmalig en hebben we in de toekomst positieve ervaringen met MB makelaars.

"Geachte heer Oei, het spijt mij voor de slechte bereikbaarheid dat weekend. Normaliter wordt iedereen, ook zaterdag en zondag, snel teruggebeld. Aangezien ik dat weekend vader ben geworden en in het ziekenhuis verbleef, is de bereikbaarheid er ietwat bij ingeschoten. De communicatie met de desbetreffende medewerker is mij niet bekend maar zeker intern besproken. Succes met de zoektocht en wie weet tot bij een volgende woning. Ik heb via trusto een aanvraag voor contact ingediend, na een week niets gehoord. Nog een mail er achteraan gestuurd met de vraag om contact op te nemen, zonder resultaat. Nu dus een andere makelaar gezocht om mijn huis te verkopen. Erg jammer, gezien de reviews die ze hebben
