Martijn came well-prepared to the first appointment. Made a good assessment of what the apartment would yield. The first buyer backed out, but they quickly (on a public holiday) anticipated this. The apartment was sold within a few days and everything has been properly arranged. Very satisfied!

Gedurende de verkoop van ons huis is het contact met Martijn erg prettig geweest. Hij heeft verstand van zaken en kent de markt goed. Er wordt ook snel op vragen gereageerd. De rondleidingen waren goed georganiseerd en verliepen rustig met een kijkmoment voor iedereen. Er wordt dus niet alleen naar de verkoper gekeken maar ook naar de behoeften van de kopers.

These reassuring agents sold my house within an incredibly short period of time, with a very nice result. It turns out that they have built up a good network. According to Mike, the real secret is that they take great pleasure in their work. Success thus comes automatically to them.

Contacts always took place on time and with relevant information. The initial meeting was a realistic conversation with good pricing. Information about the property was promptly requested and incorporated into the brochure and superb photos. The real estate office is still relatively small (3 people), but has the highest turnover of properties and handles a wide price range. Viewings were always scheduled in advance, and after each viewing, a brief update was given to the sellers. The entire sales process is handled by a team of experienced and driven employees; you always know who you are dealing with, and everyone is always up-to-date on the situation. Without a doubt, this is a real estate office that delivers what they promise!
