The communication about the real estate was very easy. They were also very helpful, especially 'Mike'. Finally, I managed to find a house with a very good price estimate from the real estate agency. I also received assistance with other matters related to the house, such as filling out documents received from the Notary and reviewing initial contracts. I recommend this real estate agency if you want to buy a house.

MB makelaars is een reclame voor de (aankoop)makelaardij! Waar wij eerst nog sceptisch waren over een aankoopmakelaar (te duur, snel handjeklap met de verkoper) heeft Mike van MB makelaars dit vooroordeel meer dan ontkracht! Ten eerste is het tarief dat wordt gerekend erg laag. Eerst dachten we dat dit niet waar kon zijn, maar dit tarief bleek toch echt te kloppen. En hoewel Mike veel moeite voor ons heeft gedaan is er tot nu toe met nog geen woord gerept over de betaling. Dit wordt netjes verrekend bij de notaris uiteraard, maar een partij die zo enthousiast voor je aan het werk gaat zonder gelijk over de kosten oid te beginnen geeft een fijn en vertrouwd gevoel. En enthousiast aan het werk is Mike gegaan! Bij ons eerste huis stonden we wellicht al buitenspel doordat we zelf al een heel laag bod hadden uitgebracht, maar bij het tweede huis waar Mike vanaf het begin bij was betrokken hebben we het huis uiteindelijk kunnen kopen. Wat wij vooral fijn vonden is dat we alleen gezamenlijk over de prijs en strategie hoefden te praten en dat hij verder alle onderhandelingen deed met de verkopend makelaar. Toen wij dat zelf deden bij het eerste huis gaf dat toch veel onzekerheid en stress, dat heeft Mike bij het tweede huis helemaal weggenomen. Alleen daarom is hij de €795,- al meer dan waard! Daarnaast is hij altijd bereikbaar voor vragen etc. en neemt hij uitgebreid de tijd om alles te bespreken en door te nemen. Tevens blijft hij te allen tijde objectief en probeert hij ons als koper te beschermen om niet mee te gaan in de tactieken van de verkopers Kortom, MB Makelaars is een top bedrijf waarvan het haast lijkt alsof ze van hun hobby hun werk hebben gemaakt. MB brokers is an advertisement for the (purchase) brokerage! Initially, we were still skeptical about a purchase broker (too expensive, quick handshakes with the seller), but Mike from MB brokers has more than dispelled this prejudice! First of all, the rate that is charged is very low. At first, we thought it couldn't be true, but this rate turned out to be correct after all. And although Mike has put in a lot of effort for us so far, there has not yet been any mention of payment
