MB Makelaars heeft een grote invloed gehad op de zoektocht naar onze eerste koopwoning. Toen wij een huis op het oog hadden, hebben wij MB Makelaars om advies gevraagd. MB Makelaars heeft een inschatting gemaakt van de woningwaarde, met daarbij als referentie een eerder verkochte woning in de buurt van onze, op dat moment, potentiële woning. MB Makelaars heeft ons een advies gegeven over het uitbrengen van een bod. Dit advies hebben wij opgevolgd en we hebben MB Makelaars vervolgens de opdracht gegeven om te onderhandelen met de verkopende makelaar. MB Makelaars heeft er uiteindelijk voor gezorgd dat wij de woning voor een acceptabele prijs konden kopen. MB Makelaars adviseerde ons om de vraagprijs te bieden in plaats van daar een stuk boven te gaan zitten. Dit risico hadden wij zonder advies van MB Makelaars niet durven lopen. Het proces van onderhandeling hebben wij aan MB Makelaars overgelaten, en dit verliep soepel. Kortom; wij zijn super geholpen op een effectieve wijze. Een echte aanrader!
