Wij hadden een her-taxatie nodig i.v.m. een nieuw hypotheek. Martijn heeft ons hierin goed en professioneel begeleid. De taxatie was snel rond en goed gekeurd en een veel fijnere hypotheek als eindresultaat. Erg blij met zijn hulp.

Supermakelaar met dito tarieven. Wij hebben 5 makelaars uitgenodigd en hadden direct het beste gevoel bij MB. MB wilde voor de hoogste vraagprijs gaan en wist dit met zoveel enthousiasme te onderbouwen dat wij hierin meegingen. Onze woning werd door MB binnen 4 dagen verkocht en ook nog ver boven vraagprijs !! Duidelijke afspraken, altijd bereikbaar ook op zondag, kundig en enthousiast. Een topteam dat wij iedereen aanbevelen! Dankjullie wel Martijn Mike en Sietske !!

Contacts always took place on time and with relevant information. The initial meeting was a realistic conversation with good pricing. Information about the property was promptly requested and incorporated into the brochure and superb photos. The real estate office is still relatively small (3 people), but has the highest turnover of properties and handles a wide price range. Viewings were always scheduled in advance, and after each viewing, a brief update was given to the sellers. The entire sales process is handled by a team of experienced and driven employees; you always know who you are dealing with, and everyone is always up-to-date on the situation. Without a doubt, this is a real estate office that delivers what they promise!
