Before we engaged MB real estate agents, we had already made several (over)offers ourselves, without success. This would have likely continued much longer if we hadn't hired them. For the very reasonable fee of 1295,-, Martijn was able to prevent us from overpaying by around 20,000 euros for our new home. So they more than earned their keep. The aftercare during the purchase process was also very pleasant, and the contact with both Martijn and Jannik was excellent.
