Graag deel ik mijn positieve ervaring met MB makelaars. Vanaf het eerste contact tussen Jannik en mij was het duidelijk dat ik in goede handen was. Jannik onderscheidt zich door een uitstekende kennis van de lokale markt en een persoonlijke aanpak, waardoor het hele aankoopproces soepel en stressvrij verliep. Dankzij zijn ervaring en netwerk kreeg ik toegang tot interessante woningen en werd ik goed geadviseerd over de mogelijkheden en prijsstelling. Bij de bezichtiging wees Jannik mij op details waar ik zelf niet aan gedacht zou hebben, zoals bouwtechnische aspecten en de staat van onderhoud. Daarnaast zorgde Jannik voor transparante en regelmatige communicatie. Ik wist altijd waar ik aan toe was, en dat gaf rust in een proces dat soms overweldigend kan zijn. Ook tijdens de onderhandelingen heeft Jannik mij ontzettend goed geholpen, waardoor ik uiteindelijk in een vrij korte tijd een huis heb weten aan te kopen, iets wat in deze tijd absoluut niet vanzelfsprekend is. Kortom, ik raad Jannik van harte aan aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een betrouwbare en deskundige aankoopmakelaar. Dankzij zijn inzet heb ik mijn droomhuis gevonden en dat had ik zonder Jannik en zijn team niet voor elkaar gekregen.

The introductory meeting already set Martijn apart from the other real estate agents we had asked for a quote to sell our family home in terms of trust, knowledge, ambition, and pace. He and his colleagues have more than lived up to this impression. All agreements and promises were kept, and we were excellently informed about all steps in the process. The house was sold within 2 weeks at a higher price than estimated. I give 9 out of 10 for service and guidance because there should always be room for improvement, although I can't think of anything right now. Thank you Martijn, Jannik, and Tessa!
