I rented an apartment through this real estate agency. It had to be cleaned; they sent someone to clean it five days after someone had moved in, but that person did not clean at all. They do not respond to your requests once they have handed over the keys.

This should have been done by the landlord. We will of course contact them about this and ask where things went wrong in the process."

This agency has not respected the signed contract and did not refund my deposit 3 months after terminating the lease agreement, despite multiple attempts to contact them. They continue to ignore me and will keep my deposit, which is theft. Do not rent any of their properties, or you will never get your money back.

We rented a house through Lightcity housing and it was a pleasure. From the first to the last day we had no problems with the company. We had several small issues with the house, which were all resolved by them. We also had no problem leaving the house; the inspection phases and returning the deposit went smoothly. I recommend this.
