After we had registered, the photo reportage could be made very smoothly. This went very pleasantly and the photos turned out to be very beautiful. Subsequently, everything was quickly picked up by the real estate agent and the house was soon listed on Funda. So far this has led to 7 viewings. There is a very pleasant contact with the real estate agent and they think along well. Until now we have experienced our cooperation with XLcasa as very positive.
Strengths
We did not know XLcasa before, but we found it on the internet and XLcasa had excellent reviews. This triggered us. The strengths we find are that you as a seller can also do something yourself, which saves you money, but you still feel supported by the real estate agent and his expertise as a seller. There is no high threshold to stop you if you need some advice or have a question for a moment. Top!

"Wij kenden XLcasa voorheen niet, maar we hebben het op internet gevonden en XLcasa had uitstekende reviews.Hier zijn wij door getriggerd. Sterke punten vinden wij dat je zelf als verkoper ook iets kunt doen, waardoor je toch geld bespaart, maar je voelt je als verkoper toch gesterkt door de makelaar en zijn kennis van zaken. Er is geen hoge drempel die je tegenhoudt, als je even wat advies nodig hebt of een vraag wilt stellen. Top!"
