The contact with Ferenc and Marian from Ober Real Estate was very good. I find the short lines very pleasant. Everything proceeded clearly, correctly, and quickly, and my house was sold within no time according to my wishes. I also experienced Ober Real Estate as very flexible. Despite the limitations on visits during Corona, additional appointments were still planned despite Ferenc and Marian's busy schedules. It also struck me that Ferenc was well-prepared for the sale; this is evident in the information he gathers about the house, the sales text, and photos. When I once met Ferenc as a selling agent while viewing a home, it became apparent again. He knew the house and neighborhood and spoke extensively about them, which clearly sets him apart from many other agents. In short, I am satisfied!
