Ferenc and Marian have a nice way of working; initially we mainly contacted Ferenc, but Marian conducted most of the viewings, so I ended up speaking with her the most. Both communicated everything well to us; we received nearly immediate emails detailing how the viewings went. Marian also occasionally took the time just to discuss how things were going and had a lot of understanding for the stress that the process sometimes caused for us..
