Due to the madness in the housing market and multiple times being outbid on houses, we called upon Marloes for help as a buyer's agent! What a great choice that turned out to be! There was an immediate connection, which became clear during the first viewing where one look was enough! A nice, friendly, cozy, and clear guidance and communication throughout the entire process: from intake to viewings and from bidding to transfer at the notary! Easy to reach with questions via a WhatsApp group, where Ferenc also thinks along when absent! We recommend everyone to buy and/or sell a house through Ober real estate!
