The first contact with Ferenc from Obèr Real Estate occurred 12 years ago when he helped us in an emergency valuation. Now, we received a property through inheritance and since there was the possibility of renovating and renting out the property, we contacted Ferenc again. From the very first conversation, the interaction was extremely pleasant; they thoughtfully considered both the possibilities and limitations of the property. When it was finally decided to sell the property, Ferenc and Marloes truly handled everything. There was frequent clear communication via WhatsApp about viewings and appointments. Whenever something needed to be done, Ferenc's response was always essentially: 'No worries, I'll take care of it!' Therefore, I can wholeheartedly recommend Obèr Real Estate due to their expert knowledge as well as the warm personal contact.
