We truly couldn't have wished for a better real estate agent. Ferenc (and his team) ensured that the sale of our home was smooth and quick. Despite this incredibly busy period, they guided us through everything and were always available to us, making sure we never felt like just another number. If we ever move again in the future, we know where to find Obèr Real Estate. This will probably not be necessary though, thanks to Ferenc..

Het was erg prettig werken met Ober Makelaardij. Goed bereikbaar en kennis van zaken. Ook de ondersteuning bij het invullen van de benodigde formulieren en het uitzoeken van alle VVE benodigdheden werd door hen uit handen genomen. De input op sociale media was leuk en werd gewaardeerd. Ik zou deze makelaar dan ook zeker aanbevelen.

Zeer positieve ervaring. Prettige communicatie, ook met Marian. Wij zijn uitgebreid en daadwerkelijk van A tot Z geïnformeerd en begeleid mbt de gang van zaken rondom de verkoop. Het huis is zeer goed en uitermate professioneel in beeld gebracht op de diverse online platforms. Bezichtigingen zijn vlot en in goed overleg gepland en uitgevoerd. Kortom, wij zijn zeer tevreden en kunnen Ober van harte aanbevelen.

My choice for Obèr is entirely due to Marian and her friendly and professional phone call after I had filled out an online valuation form. The appointment with Ferenc was quickly arranged. Of course, it's not difficult in these times to sell a house. But Ferenc and Marian also helped me throughout the entire process until the transfer wonderfully, honestly, and nicely. Even when there were points of attention, they remained friendly but certainly also clear. Thank you very much for your fantastic guidance.
