Het contact met Ober Makelaardij liep heel goed! Duidelijke informatie, zij zijn geen groot bedrijf, waardoor je een heel persoonlijke service krijgt. Ze kennen de plaatselijke/regionale markt en zijn heel reëel over hun vraagprijs advies! De presentatie was ook uitstekend, zowel de foto's als de 3 d vidio als de informatie over de verbouwingsmogelijkheden! Binnen twee weken kwam er een serieus en aanvaardbaar bod. Binnen 3 maanden alles netjes afgehandeld Wij zijn heel tevreden over deze makelaardij en kunnen wij iedereen aanbevelen!
