Ober real estate agency has helped us tremendously with buying our first home. Always reachable for questions and handles everything immediately. Pays attention to things you don't even think about, such as whether everything can be done that you want in case of renovations and permits. It's already exciting to buy a house and sometimes you forget things due to enthusiasm, but this real estate agent really thinks along with you and is honest and sincere. Highly recommended!!!!!

When we decided to sell our house in the old village of Leiderdorp, we spoke with 3 real estate agents. Right from the first contact, Ferenc stood out. Professional, correct and also honest about the pros and cons of our house. For us, the choice was also influenced by the fact that Ober has a small and very personal office. Bij de verkoop van de Kerklaan 8 te Leiderdorp heeft makelaarskantoor Ober ons zeer goed en professioneel ondersteund. Er was regematig contact, voornamelijk met Ferenc Ober, maar ook met Marian Bruines. Alle vragen werden keurig en snel beantwoord. Ons huis is met uitstekende kennis van de (lokale) marktsituatie (prijsstelling vraagprijs) te koop gezet. De gekozen insteek van een kijkdagmiddag heeft geresulteerd in een zeer snelle en feilloze verkoop van onze woning. Na de overdracht eind dit jaar brengen we graag een toost op jullie uit!
