Vorige maand via Obèr ons huis verkocht. Een aantal jaar geleden hadden wij ook het huis gekocht via Obèr. Zij waren destijds de verkopende makelaar. Aangezien we toen de dienstverlening heel netjes en duidelijk vonden, hadden we nu ook het huis via hen in de verkoop gedaan. Ook dit keer was de communicatie heel duidelijke en persoonlijk. Ferenc dacht goed mee over het traject van de verkoop en gaf goede tips over het gereedmaken van de woning voor de foto's en de bezichtigingen. De uiteindelijke oplevering was ook heel secuur en grondig (achteraf gezien veel grondiger dan bij de aankoop van onze nieuwe woning via een andere makelaar). Al met al een zeer fijne samenwerking.
