Wij hebben zeer goede ervaringen met Obér Makelaardij. Marloes heeft ons ongelooflijk goed geadviseerd bij de zoektocht (van een jaar) naar onze ideale woning. Ze was zeer professioneel, vriendelijk en stond met het hele team altijd klaar om al onze 'out of the box' vragen te beantwoorden voor deze maatwerk opdracht. Haar kennis van de markt en haar persoonlijke aanpak maakten het proces soepel en plezierig. We zijn ontzettend blij met onze nieuwe woning en kunnen Ober Makelaardij en Marloes zeker aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een betrouwbare en betrokken makelaar die niet in hokjes denken. Ober makelaardij heeft ons enorm ontzorgd bij de verkoop van ons oude appartement. We werden goed op de hoogte gehouden en de woning was al snel verkocht voor een prachtige prijs.
