What an amazing experience we had selling our house. Obèr does much more than just sell the house; they ‘understand’ the house with all its qualities and history and convey this to the buyer as well. Furthermore, they also know the qualities of the neighborhood where the house is located and see the added value there too. This naturally comes from their very good knowledge of Leiden and the surrounding area. And everything in a very pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We met Ferenc Obèr from Obèr Real Estate during our search for a new home in Leiden. Ferenc guided us through the purchase process, where we took advantage of the option to ask him to accompany us on viewings when we saw potential in a house. So you are not tied into an entire package that you may not use everything from. Due to our good experiences with Ferenc as a purchasing agent, we also had him sell our home. Especially during this phase of the buying/selling process, Ferenc has proven to be invaluable! He is very reachable and really fights for you. He got our house online within a few days, and within two weeks of appearing on Funda there were viewings and offers. We can therefore only warmly recommend Ferenc!
