I have lived here for more than 18 years with a lot of pleasure. It is a nice place in a friendly and quiet neighborhood where you quickly feel at home. Especially the location on the sunny south side I have always found very nice. Also, the atmosphere within the Homeowners' Association I have always experienced as positive. There is involvement among the residents and during the annual general meeting there was always a good turnout. That created pleasant contact, short lines, and a shared involvement in the maintenance and living pleasure of the complex. I hope that the new owners will live here with just as much pleasure!
