Bert is een warm en betrokken mens en nog een kundig makelaar ook. Hoe ideaal kan de combi zijn! De samenwerking was buitengewoon prettig, helder, betrouwbaar. Bereikbaarheid en deskundigheid van de backoffice was zeer goed. Geen vraag onzerzijds bleef onbeantwoord. Alle geduld en begrip voor onze (soms aanwezige) onwetendheid.
