Our office has been active on the real estate market since 1990, when Bert Bimmel took over an existing brokerage firm. Before doing so, he had worked for years in the real estate sector at an international engineering bureau. The office started with two people and has grown over the years into one of the leading brokerage firms in Zeeland.

Bert Bimmel has a background in civil engineering, which is very important in this field. Our office staff also regularly attend courses and training to stay up-to-date with new developments, expand their knowledge, and develop skills. Two of our office employees are fully certified NVM real estate agents. Certification means, among other things, that the agent continues to be trained in the field of real estate and has obtained a practical diploma as a real estate appraiser. Furthermore, they are required to follow refresher courses each year.
