We waren al een tijd op zoek naar een appartement en hadden inmiddels 6 keer een bieding gedaan, zonder resultaat. Toen werd ons geadviseerd om een aankoopmakelaar in te schakelen en na wat zoeken sprak Bert Bimmel ons aan. Het tarief is scherp en de hulpvaardigheid en vakkennis groot. Wist ons bij de aankoop van alles te vertellen over de omgeving en qua vergunningen. Qua bieden en alles uit handen nemen na de aankoop ook fijn en goed verlopen.
