Ik heb met Bert Bimmel zeer goede ervaringen, zowel bij de aankoop als verkoop van een prestigieuze bungalow in Vlissingen. Hij heeft en zeer reele kijk op de markt, waarbij hij onnodige speculaties probeert te vermijden. Hierdoor kan de transactie voor alle partijen slagvaardiger benadert worden. Hij zorgt ook voor de afwikkeling,comunicatie en heeft me goed begeleid en geholpen met de nodige documentatie.

Contact with the real estate agent went well; I did not have much contact with him, but he knows his stuff. The photo report of my house was made by a professional, and the sales description was well done. Just a good realtor with a great team. Given that house prices are falling at the moment, it naturally took some time to sell, but still my house sold within a reasonable timeframe; namely within 5 months.
