MB brokers is an advertisement for the (purchase) brokerage! Initially, we were still skeptical about a purchase broker (too expensive, quick handshakes with the seller), but Mike from MB brokers has more than dispelled this prejudice! First of all, the rate that is charged is very low. At first, we thought it couldn't be true, but this rate turned out to be correct after all. After an appraisal earlier in the year, we could set a high asking price, but the advice from MB real estate agents was to go somewhat lower to generate more viewings. This strategy was successful, leading to a good offer that resulted in the sale. Great! The price was sharp, so only happy faces.
