Why would you be content with a 'standard' house when you could also buy this house. Thirty years ago, this house, inspired by Tuscan villas and monasteries, was built. You can see it in the square pillars and thick walls, the flat roof and the 'bell tower' with the round window. A special house built under architecture. And you still feel that now. On a quiet road, hidden in the greenery, you see the house shimmering through the leaves. At first glance, you don't see much, but as soon as you get closer, the curiosity is increasingly awakened. We would be happy to take you on a journey into and along the villa.

Living.
With the more than 200 square meters of living space, this house offers you many possibilities. On the ground floor, you will find the spacious garden-facing living room that is beautifully lit by the many window sections and offers you a nice view of the garden. The cherry-wood kitchen is equipped with all comforts and gives you access to the two utility rooms, one of which has space for a washing machine, dryer and an extra refrigerator, and one with a second kitchen unit.
And then there's the extension that is accessible via the living room. What a fantastic space! What do you think of an office, dining room, playroom for the kids, home practice, or maybe even a new living kitchen.

Sleeping.
You do this in one of the no less than five bedrooms. On the first floor there are four rooms, of which the largest bedroom is equipped with an 'en-suite' shower and washing machine. There are various terraces, so there's always a spot in the sun or indeed shade. Here it's perfectly normal to completely unwind while enjoying a snack and drink.

What you need to know further.
The house has no less than 28 solar panels. Heating is now done with infrared panels, but a heat pump is certainly a good option. Hot water is supplied by a sizable electric boiler.
